Launch of FERMLLC Technologies: a technology branch of Félix E. Rivera-Mariani PhD LLC
Today, I am formally introducing FERMLLC Technologies, https://www.friveram.com/fermllctech , the technology branch of Felix E. Rivera-Mariani, PhD LLC.
This new operating brand brings together several parts of my work that have been developing for years: computational thinking, data science, research infrastructure, workflow design, automation, mentoring systems, and practical technology implementation.
The goal is simple:
Help small businesses, research teams, and mission-driven organizations turn repeated work into reliable systems.
FERMLLC Technologies is built around: Intelligent Systems. Trusted Execution.
That phrase matters because technology alone is not the point. The point is execution that can be trusted.
A dashboard is only useful if it helps someone make a better decision.
An automation is only valuable if it reduces friction without creating new risk.
An AI-assisted workflow is only appropriate if human judgment remains protected where it matters most.
FERMLLC Technologies will focus on practical systems, including, but not limited to, AI-assisted workflow automation, operational dashboards, business management platforms, research technology infrastructure, data pipelines, custom web applications, documentation systems, and reproducible project workflows.
This work is especially important for small teams that carry complex responsibilities but do not have the time, staff, or infrastructure to build large technology departments. Many businesses and research groups already know what needs to happen. The challenge is that the work is scattered across emails, spreadsheets, messages, folders, photos, forms, and memory.
FERMLLC Technologies exists to bring structure to that complexity.
The development philosophy is intentionally lean:
Map the workflow. Build the smallest reliable prototype. Validate real use. Add security and structure. Document the process. Scale only after evidence.
This approach protects time, energy, money, and decision quality. It also avoids a common mistake in technology work: building too much before the real workflow is understood.

That includes intake forms, review queues, dashboards, automation logic, standard operating procedures, secure data handling, and implementation support.
AI will be part of the work, but not as a replacement for judgment. FERMLLC Technologies uses AI to assist with drafting, summarizing, organizing, classifying, triaging, and recommending. AI should not make binding legal, financial, safety, hiring, medical, or high-risk operational decisions without human review.
That boundary is central to the brand.
